Warranty Overview
All ESAudio professional loudspeakers include a 1-year standard full warranty. To provide our partners with long-term peace of mind, this coverage is extended by an additional 5 years (for a total of 6 years) upon successful product registration.

What is Covered?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when the product is subjected to “Normal Professional Use.”
Defining “Normal Use”
To qualify for warranty protection, the device must be operated according to its intended purpose and the following parameters:
Electrical Safety: Rated Power Supply Voltage: 100-240V ± 10 % 50-60Hz. Used with appropriate mains voltage within the operating voltage: 90V–264V range.
- Environmental Protection: The device must not be exposed to extreme weather conditions or direct contact with water.
- Physical Integrity: The warranty does not cover units that have been dropped, physically broken, or modified by unauthorized personnel.
