ESAudio warrants to the original end-user purchaser that all professional loudspeaker products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the “Standard Warranty Period”).

Upon successful product registration within thirty (30) days of purchase via the ESAudio website, the warranty period is extended by an additional five (5) years, resulting in a total coverage period of six (6) years (the “Extended Warranty Period”).

  • Years 2–6 (Extended Warranty): * Inbound: The customer (Buyer) is responsible for all costs and insurance associated with shipping the product to the ESAudio service center.
    • Outbound: ESAudio will cover the return shipping costs of the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer.
