ESAudio was founded in 2012 by Sándor Elek, a dedicated audio professional with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in sound engineering prior to establishing the company. His journey in the audio industry began with a deep passion for sound and acoustic precision, which led him to collaborate with respected sound engineers and industry professionals across different countries and performance environments. Through these international collaborations, he gained valuable practical insight into real-world sound challenges and advanced audio system design.
Before founding ESAudio, Sándor Elek worked extensively in a wide range of acoustic settings, including theaters, open-air venues, concerts, clubs, and churches. Each of these environments required a unique approach to sound reinforcement, system tuning, and acoustic control. This diverse experience played a crucial role in shaping his philosophy: delivering clear, balanced, and reliable sound regardless of venue size or acoustic complexity. By continuously refining his skills in live sound and system optimization, he built a strong technical foundation that would later define ESAudio’s engineering approach.
The creation of ESAudio’s first loudspeaker marked a significant milestone in the company’s history. Combining practical field experience with scientific precision, Sándor Elek collaborated with Dr. András Erik Csallner, whose mathematical calculations and analytical expertise contributed to the technical development of the system. This partnership resulted in the birth of the NJ series, ESAudio’s first loudspeaker line, designed with a focus on acoustic accuracy, performance consistency, and durability.
From its inception, ESAudio has been driven by the vision of merging real-world sound engineering experience with innovative design and technical rigor.
